Myler Disability Advocates

Myler Disability began in 1994 when Brad Myler, Founder and President, decided to take a few cases for some disabled clients. They desperately needed Social Security benefits, but after repeated attempts and months or years of frustration, they were having no success on their own. As he reviewed each case, Brad realized that they simply needed an advocate who understood how to present their situation to Social Security in the right way. He became extremely successful, and his excited clients began to spread the word to their disabled friends and family members.

Brad’s disability practice became so popular that he began hiring other knowledgeable Attorneys and assistants. He also developed a specialized computer software to help each client’s case get through the process even more quickly. Soon he was being contacted by other Social Security attorneys who wanted to know how to begin their own businesses. Brad’s unique method of representation in the Social Security Disability area of law was propelling him into the national market.

It wasn’t long before he became a member of several national Social Security Administration committees and was asked to give vital feedback in changes that were about to be implemented in the national Social Security Disability process. He was among the very first to try out these new methods of submitting disability applications, and although he has gotten benefits for thousands of clients, he continues to seek out ways to improve the difficult process for each individual.

Even with national and government recognition, Brad remains an integral part of Myler Disability and enjoys Social Security Disability law. He believes he has the best staff and Attorneys out there, and his unique training methods for new staff have proven incredibly powerful in his high success rate.

Brad Myler wishes you the very best in your efforts, and he congratulates you on taking the first step to success. Thank you for choosing one of the most experienced-and most successful-disability law firms in the nation. We are excited to help you get started.

Thousands of Social Security Disability Applications Submitted

When you do the same thing thousands of times for several years, you learn how the system works. Our office has a high success rate in most areas of the United States. We are an independent company not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration. We have professionals that prepare the complicated paperwork required for your application for disability benefits. We submit it for you, track it, and deal with Social Security personnel for you. Why do you need experienced Social Security Disability help from professionals? The answer is simple: The success rate for an application without it is much lower.

If there is any possible way to win your case, we’ll work hard to find it.

Our advocates know the law, many local administrators and judges, and the district courts that handle Social Security Disability and SSI appeals. We know what to look for and what information to gather to strengthen an application.

We have a nationwide network of Social Security Disability advocates

When needed, we consult our advocates for help in your local area. All of our associated advocates have extensive experience pursuing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims, as well as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. All of our advocates belong to the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), and all of them are dedicated to obtaining disability insurance or SSI benefits for genuinely disabled people who need a monthly income and health insurance. Our services are managed by attorney Brad Myler in Orem, UT, phone #800-816-0822.
